Ralph Lauren’s homage to the moon landing
Ralph Lauren is nothing if not patriotic, so when he got the chance to celebrate one of the US’ most outstanding achievements, he didn’t let the opportunity pass him by. The brand re-versioned NASA’s classic white flight suit in 1992 as an homage to the moon landing.
After all, sending humans to the moon gave the US victory over the Soviets in the space race. It obviously features an American flag along with other badges that are meant to resemble those the original NASA version had.
