Astronaut suits are designed to serve very specific functions, which are mostly useful only when you’re aboard a space shuttle or walking around outer space. However, people found an earthly use for this particular accessory, which became a best-selling product.

The Moon Boot, as it was called, was designed by Giancarlo Zanatta in 1978. Its sole was meant to recreate the footprint left by the Apollo 11 crew’s boots and fulfill everyone’s astronaut fantasies. The best part is that they’re still sold today.
