Battlestar Galactica
Science fiction and fantasy shows are not usually well-received by critics. They are commonly trashed for being cliché and looking cheap, as if the genre were incapable of producing something of quality. In 2004 Battlestar Galactica arrived to prove them wrong.
Besides being a great show, it’s such a classic because it was and still is considered one of the best TV dramas ever. Even The New York Times seems to think so since it placed it in its “20 Best” ranking in 2019.
